Alliant Contract Information Website

The General Services Administration’s (GSA’s) premier IT services contract includes a broad array of infrastructure, application, and IT management services. The contract provides integrated services and solutions with the ability to support regional and global IT requirements. This MAC/IDIQ is open for use by all Federal departments and agencies. The total ceiling value for the contract is $50 billion with a period of performance that expires in 2019.

Alliant at a Glance
(Five-year base and a five-year option period)

Alliant is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with a $50B program ceiling and a five-year base period (with one, five-year option). All contract types are allowed – fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour and time-and-materials. Alliant’s comprehensive IT services based scope is designed to provide access to “Anything IT Anywhere”. Alliant’s scope is directly aligned to the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA); ensuring emerging technologies will remain within scope over the life of the contract. Key features include:

  • 10-year $50-billion multiple award IDIQ with 59 industry partners, including NCI
  • Available to all Federal agencies either as direct order/direct bill or through GSA’s Assisted Services
  • Directly supports Federal Enterprise Architecture/DoD Enterprise Architecture
  • Supports all components of an IT solution with the most broad and current definition of IT
  • Provides for all contract types, including fixed-price, cost, and level-of-effort variants
  • Includes “Green” technology provisions

  • Task Order Support:Scope compatibility reviews will be offered by the Alliant scope review team for Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and Statement of Objectives upon request and at no cost. Responses will be received in writing within 1-2 days.
  • Contract Access Fee: Low (.75%) contract access fee; direct order fee capped at $150K annually.
